Agreement to Terms

By using the services of BLEU EXPRESS DELIVERY LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

BLEU EXPRESS DELIVERY LLC provides courier and delivery services within Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas up to 150 miles. Our services include:

  • Rush delivery services
  • Same-day delivery
  • Scheduled delivery
  • Corporate delivery solutions

Shipping Requirements

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses
  • Properly package items to prevent damage during transit
  • Accurately describe package contents when requested
  • Ensure packages do not contain prohibited items
  • Be available at the designated pickup time

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment:

  • Illegal substances or controlled drugs
  • Weapons, firearms, or explosives
  • Hazardous materials
  • Stolen goods
  • Live animals (unless previously arranged)
  • Perishable items without proper packaging
  • Items prohibited by law

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on:

  • Distance between pickup and delivery locations
  • Service type selected (rush, same-day, scheduled)
  • Package size and weight
  • Special handling requirements

Payment is due upon completion of delivery unless otherwise arranged for corporate accounts. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.

Liability and Insurance

BLEU EXPRESS DELIVERY LLC maintains liability coverage for items in our possession. However, our liability is limited to:

  • The declared value of the package or $100, whichever is less
  • Items that are properly packaged and documented
  • Damages directly caused by our negligence

We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or acts of God. Additional insurance may be purchased for high-value items.

Claims Process

Claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. Claims must include documentation of the item's condition and value. We will investigate all claims and respond within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Deliveries may be cancelled without charge if cancelled at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this time or after pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLEU EXPRESS DELIVERY LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including claims related to the contents of your packages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DeKalb County, Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
